An afternoon trip from the fort Camp! 0()

For us Lowveld-lovers this was a totally alien landscape...just rocks everywhere...with weird waterholes without pumps! 0-

There is a loop, sort of, around a tiny southeastern corner of the Pan..which we took! ( "Tiny" is a relative term regarding all things Etosha! lol )

Lo and behold, quite soon a lion appeared! :shock:

They are sort of like our lions...lying down and doing nothing! O:V

This would have been near Klein Otavi...and our first view of the pan, which only holds water for a little while each year. \O
