Please can someone ID this little raptor for me.
The pics were taken at Croc Bridge.
I thought it might be a juv. lanner falcon, but lesser kestrel has also been suggested.
It was eating a bat.

I think it may be a Juvenile Jackal Buzzard but not sure
Here it was sitting in the shade
Then it flew into a sunny spot

The eyes could just be mostly black because it was in dense shade?

. The two white spots , plus yellow eyes as well as yellow cere are all indicative .The Lizzard buzzard have a black line down the centre of white throat .
