Lisbeth, you must explain why the females produce different offspring and under what circumstances

It would mean spending the whole day Googling and Ex only asks for a name

Anyway, in the articles etc. found, only the scientific names are used and it is really too time consuming going through it all

Aphids have alternative pathways of sexual (males and females mate and eggs are laid) and asexual (females produce clones and the larvae hatch before birth) development, the orientation of the pathway is determined by environmental conditions.
What is the advantage of producing females only?
What are enronvironmental conditions under which it is good to have eggs?
Remember: All species want to reproduce much offspring and survive unfavourable conditions!

You'll have a society without males, which in itself is progressive and makes everything work much better as there will be only logic and realistic brains and no testosterone
I'll answer seriously later

There is some truth in this. You save a lot of energy without males: no need for mating behaviour, saves time and no need to raise males, saves energy.
