Anyway, Trapdoor Spider is the correct answer!

Ctenizidae is a small family of medium-sized mygalomorph spiders that construct burrows with a cork-like trapdoor made of soil, vegetation and silk. Wikipedia
They jump out of the tunnels at lightning speed to catch prey!
(Silk is traditionally the main ingredient of parachutes.)

I first thought of trap door spiders, but couldn't make the parachute connection at all. Then I tried looking at the ballooning spiders that actually form little "parachutes" with silk to transport themselves, but couldn't find ones with an underground habitat.
