I don't understand why Park staff (reception) are not equipped to pass on emergency messages as this is a logical place for visitors to report incidents.

So, when you next see smoke pouring out of a building must you phone the emergency number and not alert camp reception?

SANParks' communications have always been difficult to decipher and when it turns up that their employees have not been informed......... O**
