SANParks notes with concern racist social media comments currently in circulation on WhatsApp following a helicopter accident in Cape Town.
We request people to refrain from circulating these racial comments with immediate effect. SANParks reserves its rights to take legal steps against anyone sharing this post.

Never understand this SANParks lot, 6th Dec their press release and drum roll of 1st black helicopter pilot for animal capture is announced with fanfare, for me why mention the race unless you are looking for race, then get upset if others are mentioning race when things go wrong. :-? :-?

It is a bit confusing. Can one or can one not raise concerns on the SANParks social media pages? Many say no, use official channels, but SP says complaints are welcome... 0:
