Returning to Gemsbokplein we spotted Wanda looking into the riverbed.
Wanda equals leopards, and we weren’t wrong. ..0.. -O-

Meira’s male cub was walking up past the waterhole. We drove up to the lookout and had him walk towards us.

He eventually carried on out of sight so we went back down to chat to Wanda.

She was watching the female cub eating a cobra in the nearby bushes. She was pretty well hidden, so we only got a glimpse of her before we had to return to Kieli to pack up.
Along the way we had a nice sighting of this secretary bird.

After packing up at Kieliekrankie we moved on to our next stop.
Two nights at Urikaruus. O/\ O/\

We were lucky enough to spot some meercats along the way

We arrived at Urikaruus at lunch time and settled in

Our afternoon drive down south was pleasant, but we didn’t see too much
This Crimson breasted shrike being the highlight

This changed back in camp where we met up with this Pearl Spotted owlet
