The Minister said some time ago that they were preparing the ground for the next CITES meeting after this one.

Yes, Lis, they can place a bid, but than it will take to get a decision and afterwards maybe two more years to implement national legislations and effective controlls on the trade.

They can always step out of CITES and do what they want to.....and that is scary!!

Selling ones sole is not going to resolve anything.

What we need is hardline action and that is something that is not going to happen.
