Thanks everyone for the comments \O \O

Continuing north to Dikbaardskolk we came across a secretary bird in full pounce mode O:V

We also saw an African Wild Cat at the side of the road, but an oncoming vehicle didn't see it in time to slow down and the cat shot off before we got to it 0*\ 0*\

Pulling in to Dikbaardskolk we found a nice spot and set about the skottel... bacon, eggs, tomato, sausage & toast was on the menu this morning :-)

The food attracted a lot of birds including this nice red-headed finch and some very bold food thieves lol

But whilst eating we didn't realise we were being watched!

A spotted eagle owl was snoozing in the tree above us ^Q^

After an enjoyable break, we ventured back down to TR. The lions were still in place, and we also came across a jackal and secretary bird drinking O:V

Nothing better than a yummy breakfast in a park O/\ O/\ ....especially under a shady tree ;-)

Nice owl and you also saw lots of secretary birds O:V (I always expect one to lose the balance when drinking lol )

Four containers..ketchup, sweet mustard, sharp mustard, Worchester sauce ?? :-? -O-

The owl above us was a nice surprise Mel. Yeah a shame about the AWC but we did see them around camp at night time \O
