The "Broad" statements are included in this release for the 2011-12 Bookyear:

I'm no accountant, and someone qualified should PLEASE comment!
It looks to me as though there is still a multi-million rand surplus, and all is well!
Flood damage in Kruger is mentioned as a headache for uninsured localities...but awaiting funds from government re. disaster relief...justly so!
Government funding has dropped by 15 million...not massive regarding the surplus and overall income, which runs into billions?
Help please!
