Thanks, dear ones 0/0

:-( Sadly, looks like there are not many Macro enthusiasts at the moment. Hoping there are some lurkers who will give it a try and post their results.

With the necessary pic size restrictions on Forums it's hard to see all the details, but here are a few more:

A dragonfly, obviously ;-)

A paper wasp at its nest w/ eggs:

I had been watching a jumping spider with eggs in its nest in the door jam leading to a deck, hoping to photograph the kidlets when they emerged:

Alas, :-( :-( one day I found another type of jumping spider who had discovered the eggs and was devouring them  0=

Not strictly true, the definition of a macro photography is "photography producing photographs of small items larger than life size", so a good telephoto can yield good results : the following images were taken with a Nikon D500 with Nikkor 200-500mm lens.

A Potter Wasp (Delta lepeleterii).

That's why I haven't done much macro photography lately.

Okie, would still love to see some of your images - they just may be quite creative, regardless of camera. Think outside the box :-0

0/* BluTuna - SO nice to see some of your exquisite macros again! Lovely pics - the Bee Wolf w/ prey is special :-0 :-0 ^Q^
