O\/ O\/ Thank you, Sis for posting this. I LOVE spiders 0/0 , and Kruger is a wonderful place to find them, especially the adorable 'lil jumping spiders.

This pic shows all three stages - caterpillar, chrysalis, and adult

Two days after the butterfly flew away, one (same one?) came back and visited the Milkweeds. :-0 There were already 5 caterpillars in the later instar stages on the plants, but unfortunately the birds must have found them as they are no longer there. :-( So much for aposematic warning coloration.

Hopefully, the visiting Monarchs will lay more eggs….
