Vultures
At Cubitje Quap I also found a lot of Vultures… and 3 or 4 Secretaries Birds and it was not easy to share with Gnus. Always impressive to see these big scavengers
Here some White-backed Vulture/Vautour africain
Most of them are nesting, near Urikaruus, almost all the trees are occupied

At Kij Kij, wow

the biggest Vulture, Lappet-faced Vulture/Vautour oricou, made its show

the Ostich in the back seems to be... tiny
it has a drink, chase a Crow or two, then ran several meters and took off
not easy for a so heavy bird

Cute little bokkies!
Awww...
Those mice at Grootkolk always came by to prey on some morsels...
Even the sociable weavers and a familar chat. They always sat on the
ground when we were eating. The weavers even hopped onto our table.
SO was not amused.
