Now for our best ever sighting:
Cheetah mom and 5 cubs with a kill:^Q^

While we were watching the Cheetahs feasting something interesting happened
The Impalas came from the bush and they all looked at the Cheetahs and were very tense as you can see from these pics:


This all happened on the S100 and was about the best sighting for us the whole trip.
Next up a Waterbuck with 2 heads

And this Eagle, we cannot find in our KNP bird book:

We decided to take the road to Orpen and then come back on the gravel road paralell to it.
We had some general game and then we were told that there was about 28 Wilddods not far from us.....so of we went looking for doggies and here is what we found

After all that excitement we continued our drive and had some interesting sightings.

Then another special sighting:

Steenbok:

I travelled those same roads, and only saw half of what you saw - very exciting.

sjoe!!!!.... that 3rd last bird is a senegal lapwing ...
not a common sighting at all
the future is not what it used to be
