Sterkte, nan
God put me on earth to accomplish a certain amount of things. Right now I'm so far behind that I'll never die.

Re: What's that bird?
We had 4.5 (
) entries.
1 got all of them the first time round.
1 got them all with one tiny mistake with the first guess
1 got them all in round 4
1 got 3 out of 6 in round 2
1 tried two birds and told me the others were a no-go.
The tawny (1) went down quite well with most, also the spotted eagle owl (2) and the Verreaux's (4).
The eremomela was in on case confused with a bulbul, but the short tail rules that one out.
The kestrel was a bit more difficult and was confused with the greater kestrel in most cases.
It doesn't really help that this rock kestrel (5) is a juvenile where you can see the darkish head only developing.
For the LBR the blue wax bill was quite popular but if you look closely at the tail you can see the two 'forks'
that don't occur in the waxbill.
