That Tsokwane cheetah!!!! So jealous!!!
The Mazithi pride still looking good
Your Tamboti braai looks delish!! I see the braai pin was missing ... empty beer works just as well
You should have done the braai!! I gave you tips mos
Genet and honey badger visitors!!!
You seem to have been unlucky around Orpen ... the best game viewing areas are actually around Orpen and not Satara
Interesting seeing bushbuck on the S100! Love the fish eagle on the stompie
The juvenile martial is stunning! Love the H1-3 for its birds
Another cheetah sighting

Re: A Flutter with a Few Firsts
Tues. April 23, 2013
Skukuza
During the night I woke up to a crash and went to investigate. We always leave the door open so it was easy just to shine the torch out...a bushbaby was in the bin!!
I went back to bed and a while later was woken by another crash but didn’t bother to investigate. When we got up in the morning, one of our coolerboxes had been knocked into the sink, breaking two glasses! The bushbabies were almost as bad as the baboons!
We packed the car and headed for Phabeni. It was our last drive in the park which produced some ellies, rhinos, hyenas and this Martial being harassed by a Drongo.

Our last sighting of the trip.

And that’s it until August!!
