This pic was during the heatwave of October 2015. It was said to have hit 50 degrees at Satara that day!

(I conked out)
One can't really see it, but a deathly hot berg wind was blowing, so one would sit to the leeward of a tree or vehicle, never mind the sun!

My Favorite Picnic site in Kruger ...Note the Crowded parking lot and people sitting on the Deck . The Brick paving is awesome and the busy Shop was packed with Tour Bus passengers buying curios...Who needs the likes of Nkhulu, Afsaal and Tshokwane ..I loved the Upgraded Flush loos

Vincent the Muzandzene Picnic Spot Resident manager has been there for decades...He always asks about my 2 Piccanins...who are now 31 and 35 years old !!
