I love all your (0) , Grumpy.For me the main issue is the time we would need for both: creating a "book" good enough to be more exposed (we would have to review all texts and rewrite them and edit the photos as well to get them all to the same size etc and we would need some photos of the rare LBJs as well) and the technical side when considering to transfer the content to another webspace. There is simply noone here who would do it, I think
