Why not Wood Sandpiper -O-
It has greenish legs, the wood sandpiper has yellow ones, but it might be the light :-? The juvenile's legs are more greenish The marsh sandpiper has a thinner bill. I agree with Toko - wood sandpiper \O

I think Amoli is right, juvenile black-crowned night-heron. It has a lot of stripes though and the eye looks yellow :-?

The Black-crwoned should have a red eye and and more streaky stripes :-?
