You must fillet and skin a fresh water fish (plenty of the “mud” taste is in the skin)

I will make you a kurper one day RP and you will think its salmon/kob

But with only salt - problem

I must say it was rather Livingstonian on the trail...1982...

While we were on the walk the "camp manager" would go and catch fish for starters at suppertime... \O

Wonder if it's still like that!? :shock:
