Elephant Plains, Sabi Sands.

We had heard a lot about these Private Game Reserves and had been curious if it was all true.....

Maybe you wonder why this particular part of Sabi Sands, most of the forum members will know that I follow the webcams and Elephant Plains is one of them on the Africam page.

And the price was reasonable...
We had asked for a cottage from which we could view the Waterhole...unfortunately this wasn't possible because other guests had already reserved this cottage. O/

After we left Orpen Gate we had to drive for some time, through little villages and over dirt roads before we reached Gowrie Gate, you can only reach Elephant Plains by entering this gate.
