Re: Sighting Chaos
Being the purist that I am (or whatever Mabunda calls us), I equate people that use this type of site for the sole purpose of rushing from sighting to sighting, to canned Lion hunting.
My next game viewing vehicle will have to be a Ferrari or something, I won't need the height to search for game, but I will need the speed to get there quickly and secure a good spot.

Man was placed in charge and given the duty of caring for all creation, are we doing it?

Re: Sighting Chaos
I love a good sighting as much as the next person and we've been in our fair share of traffic jams, but that's because the route we had already decided on happened to take us there. These people who wait for the updates and rush after them are not unlike tourists who just want to tick the next sighting off. Not my idea of fun!

Re: Sighting Chaos
"These" people have paid the same as everyone else to enter the Park...leave them be! Why should one interfere in someone's pursuits just because someone has differing views?

Re: Sighting Chaos
That's fine RP...just saying it's not for me....finding our own sighting is just so much more exciting than waiting in a queue to see what's up ahead.
Re: Sighting Chaos
Wait, hang on, you can always ignore your update and go and check out the impala down the roadRichprins wrote:What exactly is the problem with that? They got to see the leopard, and those that weren't interested wouldn't?Bushcraft wrote: “Thanks for directing us to the leopard kill on the H11.
The point is:
You have to be naive to believe that those in the area will ignore the update and an ostrich to believe that it’s not going to become an issue in a few years.

Re: Sighting Chaos
BC, what is the problem...overcrowding or BBM?

Re: Sighting Chaos
BBM compounds that effects of overcrowding, which as we are all aware is already a problem in the south.Richprins wrote:BC, what is the problem...overcrowding or BBM?
Neither is going to change, so I’m saying:
Use the BBM as an electronic policeman

Re: Sighting Chaos
The cyber people are the bulk of the new generation, so if they don’t buy into it, KNP is finished, or no better than a zoo.Richprins wrote:Good point there...if the cyberpeople buy into it!
