Very bad news indeed. They all seem to be around Rooidam from what I have heard. I was in the park on Saturday and there were loads of jackal in the area due to a lion kill... hoping they can get to the bottom of it soon and that it doesn't affect more animals

I hear via the grapevine that it appears to have been poison in the form of pellets which are the cause. Disgraceful if that is the case

Will wait for official reports on what the cause was before passing judgement, but the repercussions could be terrible for the park

AS far as I see it's not only jackals, there are birds and buck as well. No word on Elephants ???? . will we ever hear the truth from SP.?????
