Especially Kakadu some day, for it's wealth of cultural and biological significance

You must have been in heaven, ticking off all those new birds
But only one little lizard?? I thought the Top End was crawling with reptiles

Again I had to ask my work colleague about the ID of your lizard.

It is a baby Amphibolurus temporalis - common name is a Swamplands lashtail
