Africa Wild

Right, I've got to get this going otherwise it'll never happen. Have contemplated forwards and backwards of how to do this as it was a trip that included cities, landscape and wildlife. But since the main focus is still on wildlife, particularly birds, I thought I'll just stick my TT into this section. I won't monkey around much with the city stuff. August 3 and 4, 2014 - Melbourne

Melbourne is a quite relaxed city. It reminded me a bit of San Francisco, not only because of the old fashion trams.



Melbourne is famous for its street art.



It is modern...



...and old-fashioned at the same time.



It is tall and small...



...and it is steel and glass combined with greens.

When I was in Sydney 93 years ago I thought of it as a mix of London and New York, but that is a very long time ago
