Agreed - I also saw it and things certainly didn't look good. It's often hard to tell the real story with Carte Blanche. I would imagine that all parks have some rough edges - whether that be infrastructure problems, staff issues etc. But everything together really painted a bad picture

It is my impression that too many persons in key positions do not know how to do their job

Carte Blanche can be skew at times...and officials are petrified of talking to them, IMO, sometimes.

But money is money, and especially the drained wetlands is unacceptable!
