KNP, December 2014, we stayed both sides of the Tropic of Capricorn

Day 1 - Orpen to Punda Maria

RP, BT, Sprocks, harrys - this was amazing to find so many doggies O/\ We were not even the first out of camp. Gates opened at 4.30am and we left camp at about 5.00 having to pack for our long drive to Pundaa. This is what we found when we got there

I love Kruger in the summer. I love the 4.30am start to the day and the call of the Woodlands kingfisher. The colourful Carmine and Europena Bee-Eaters and the Yellow Billed Kites. We spent a lot of time phtographing these birds and here are a few photos
