Unlike other otters the Cape Clawless Otter has almost no webbing on its feet which is really odd for an aquatic animal such as this one. As well, they have no claws (obviously) which makes their hands surprisingly similar to a monkey’s hands.

Hyena is correct but which one and how will I know it. (Its not in the size and it will be difficult to tell from the picture, but there is some clues when you see these footprints in the veld) ;-)

I think it is the brown hyena. In Afrikaans it's other name is Strandjutwolf -

It is at home in sand like areas.
