The campsite looks crowded  and tents close to eachother. Can campers even sit outsite their tents? --00--

Hi Toko,

I think the campsite at stormsriver mouth are even worse. There are no shade and every tent or campervan are very close to one another. Not sure why its so popular..........

Next trip to the bush??

Let me think......................

I have been there and at Stormsriver only in winter, not crowded then lol

But you are right Alf, why are these popular destinations, I found it rather boaring there, good for a two day stop to see some birds, but that's it -O-

We have been there for 7 days during december 2011 and the campers stay there for weeks and even if 1 pack up another camper pulls in later. And they camp there directly in the sun and are exposed to the wind coming from the ocean..........

How can that be nice??? How can you sleep at night if your tent were standing in the direct sunlight all day long??

Yes its right on the sea but with that conditions it cant be fun

The beach, the sea, the suspended bridges, the beer close by, neighbour right next door --00-- ......don't ask me, I don't camp, but in January a few years back, it was not at all hot, when we were there -O-
