On behalf of Letaba and Letaba management, I need to apologise for the continuous problem that you are encountering during your visits in Letaba. The Laundromats machineries have been here for a while and definitely are in our plans for near future replacements.
I do profoundly appreciate this email and query and will take it through to my superiors for immediate action.
Please feel free to communicate with me with regard to any information on Letaba or more information on progress regarding this issue.

The sliding mosquito net continually came off its runner until we eventually just left it off.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your email.
Thanks a lot for the feedback, our maintenance officer have already taken action on your observation and my profuse apology for the inconvenience caused especially the repeated incident from unit 95. We have been having problems with our Baboons raiding units and had to tighten the braai areas however we have noted your feedback and they are now working on the braai facility making it more user friendly. Housekeeping has also swopped the beds in number 6 and the maid made aware of the cleanliness part of the units and utensils.
May I once again thank you for your feedback and hope this incident will not deter you form coming back to your favourable heritage site Kruger
