This "renovation" as per the initial Sanparks correspondence from what I have seen never started. It certainly looked like "staff" were staying there in July and October 
The revised Sanparks statement about a "redesign" seems plausible however very convenient

One is driving with his official vehicle as traffic official from hazyview every day to his home. Yes..... He got a job while still getting paid from Sanparks as a traffic official in hazyview. AAND he is also a freelance guide for Safaris Direct.
