Just when I thought I had some time to devote to my trip report I go and take a tumble on the boardwalk to Geelbek bird hide at West Coast yesterday. My camera bounced badly on the boardwalk but I am happy to say it survived the fall but I was not so lucky. Apart from badly bruised knees, shoulder, hip and lip I have a badly bashed right hand. I am not able to type ..well I can with my left hand ...but that is painfully slow. If no better by tomorrow I need to have it X-rayed. I hope nothing is broken. 
Next week is crazily busy ..then off to KTP on 26th - so travel tale is going to be abandoned for a little while...but this one will get finished ....that's for sure. :)

Thx all for your concern as well as some hilarious comments...:)
My hand seems to a bit better today but my daughter insists it stays bandaged - I can't really do much with it bandaged but I guess it will heal better that way....
As long as I can use my hand to take photos in KTP.....:)
