Correct me if I am wrong, but is this not the Province that could not pay its debts i.e. Eskom, Telkom etc and central government has to step in ti investigate the corruption and the whole affair suddenly went silent and under the carpet?
Mods please remove Telkom. etc if not allowed in post.
Sorry this damm predictive text thinks they should pay an Eskimo???
