Saw this on FB:
Gillian Leigh Soames: Word on the street is that some idiots were drinking in the pool over the festive season and there is a lot of broken glass in it. They are using the term “maintenance” very loosely.
Let them do their work to keep everyone safe please!!!!!

That would be a bit difficult as normally the celebrations occur in the evening ;-)

Personally I feel very offended being a day visitor during my whole stay :twisted: =O:

Just for interest's sake, we were evicted from Pretoriuskop pool at about 7 pm last week, which is about right regarding the sunset rule! \O

Thats why I prefer the north ..Always slip into the Shingwedzi Pool area just before bed and have a swim ..making no noise to disturb other campers (Which is what this is all about ...stopping drunk yobs making a nuisance). Didnt even know there was a Sunset Rule

The sign at Pretoriuskop says sunset, not sure about other camps, Peter? -O-
