and then it was impala time again as a large group acted as roadblock

but always when such a large group is coming across some victims had to be chosen for some close ups

and as our days were meanwhile counted you never know if this might not be the last ones you will see during that trip...

We often experienced rain during our last days in the park as if same was not wanting us that we leave and this is always causing in quiet days although the park was drooling over the rain and same was more than badly needed but for us same was making the good bye always a bit heavier.

A cute squirrel came across

and even a speckled mousebird could be captured.

A large herd of buffaloes stopped at a larger puddle which must had formed over night

and we had a great time in photographing the buffaloes with their naughty hitchhikers in form of lots of yellow-billed oxpeckers.

Very very nice sightings and really wonderful pictures !! A good "eye" for capturing all mammals and birds !! \O

Gladly many of the trees survived the horrible flood \O when Shingwedzi has been washed away

I even had already a "bat hair day" when one had landed in my hair 0=

During this trip we got some Impalas in the flowers shots - The flowers were longer than the Impalas and the grass as well O**

At least the North it got more quiet sightingwise as it there started more and more to rain :O^
