Ja, 3 zeros must be added, so Skuks hotel will laughably cost R217 568 000. This is wildly inaccurate, even under the first estimate. It is already close to half a billion, and will balloon to more than that, as with the ill-fated conference centre, which doubled.

This is not private investor money, it is taxpayers' money.
