I think this works as an assessment tool, so to speak?
The camp of the year will be awarded according to final results, but ideally, one should go through as many camps as possible, given the time, and give good and bad ratings...which is the useful part!
It's not about "nominating" a camp!
And one doesn't have to have visited this year at all!
