golden boy and i popped off down to crooks for a sundowner

there was a whole float of crocodiles in the water

and we were intrigued to hear that one or two of them were noisily blowing air out of their snouts when surfacing
(as a hippo tends to do)

i have since learnt that this behaviour is often exhibited as part of the mating ritual

of the male crocodile....
