We left Kuruman in the rain and headed for Kathu where we had a brunch at Spur and decided if we did a trip like this again we will rather stay in Kathu than Kuruman 
We arrived in Upington at 12:55 and took a chance to see if we could book in a bit earlier than 14:00.....we where lucky
A nice little cottage awaited us with aircon for the 39 degrees heat
As everyone commented earlier there is really not much to do in this lovely town(or maybe there is and we didn't do our homework
)
We relaxed the rest off the day and got pizzas at Romans at the Kalahari Mall 
Next day we set of to Augrabies but first I had to get the trailer's wheel fixed
R115 later we where on our way to Augrabies, beautiful green fields was the order off the day till we got near to Augrabies where it was very dry and 38 degrees

My wife was to scared to go near the waterfall so I had to take a video with my phone and show her what it looks like

I wonder why though... They had major downpours in the KTP... Doesn't seem to have affected the area further southwestLisbeth wrote:There was not much water
