Road Report - getting to & from Kruger

Yes there will still be roadworks on the N4 before Malelane, Pumbaa!

But often it is not much of a holdup!

Hi,

when everything will go well we will be on our way to Kruger next Thursday. Are there still road works on the N4 into the direction from OR Tambo to Malelane?

And any hint for an alternative exit gate than Punda Maria as last year we had the pleasure in being held up by a community protest which we for sure want to avoid another time. Our last camp would be Shingwedzi.

Anyone know the current condition of the Dullstroom/Lydenburg/Sabie road to Kruger Gate please?

I don't think many of us go there, but have seen recent reports that say despite potholes the Dullstroom-Lydenburg road is much better, and the Long Tom pass is fine besides trucks.
