Nice prancing about and advertising! Hilarious too! =O: =O: =O:

Astounding doggies, much better than leopard! Put them up here? https://africawild-forum.com/viewtopic.p ... 5&start=40

Very good this, but I don't know why it is relevant that the rugby lovers were Afrikaans? You are just as prejudiced as leachy... O**
Ja, I got fit that afternoon. Some aunties must also be confused because I hung my teeth out at 2 potential candidates thinking they were Mel. 0*\

Leopard way better than the dogs  Although 1 dog sighting this trip did give me the same "hype" as a moving leopard :-?

I didn't say anyone was Afrikaans O** I said that the commentary was in Afrikaans :O^ This is relevant because I couldn't follow it all at pace, but agreed commentary in any language at Biyamiti would irritate \O You already greased me for this at Satara  Do you remember O** O** =O: =O:

Yes, that fish eagle, or a fish eagle, always seems to in or near the weir area \O

That vulture was in a tree right next to the road just above "car height" and didn't seem to be disturbed by us at all :-?

WoW Bushcraft, you moved ahead quite quickly :O^

but I must say your sighting are as good as normally known from you - leopards around each corner plus lions and lot of other good stuff such as the wild dogs :-0 :-0 :-0

Brilliant shots as well \O

Ready for more :ty: 0()

Wow, your girls have also grown up so much...they are lovely!

Would loved to have seen you prancing around Biyamiti in your AW shirts! =O:

Ja, we missed leopard for a day, nearly 2, so I was getting a pelican 0: Yes, the rats aren't really "rats" anymore O-/ O-/ Boyfriends are even pulling in

That prancing around was rather embarrassing when I think about it as Mel wasn't even there and other guests must have wondered what we were doing, especially since I was hanging my teeth out at potential candidates :o0ps:

9th Biyamiti to Satara

My morning slow wake up got abruptly interrupted by Hawkeyes wailing

“DAD! There’s a spider in the shower!”

The only insect I can’t handle is a giant spider, so I pushed the Cow forward, however she only backpedalled, therefore I attacked by throwing a bath towel over it and then roared off to shake it outside.

Just outside camp the Cow spotted a Pearls Owlet and then the local hyena clan popped up.

The rest of the S25 produced a pied having breakfast, some zebra, buffalo and a few more locals.

The H4-2 and H4-1 were also relatively quiet, but we did stop for a few amusing boons just before the H12 Bridge and a bee-eater which got the Cow excited.

We found some lion off the H1-2 and I was amazed that there were no other cars around, so they must have just moved into the riverbed and then we stopped again at Leeupan for a fish eagle and a young ellie giving himself a shower.

We stopped briefly at Tshokwane and my pelican increased when looking at the sighting board because it seemed very quiet on the H1-3. We grabbed some snacks from the shop which involved me counting to 100 as some people in the queue changed their minds 10 times and the teller got confused so I started chirping but the Cow shut me up with a glare.

The next time we stopped for more than 10 seconds was Kumana Dam as a surprise lioness had cruised out into the open.

To be continued
