I must say, haven't walked around a camp for many years, always too rushed with Dimwits etc... 0*\

This year will be different! ;-)

A lot of alien plants in the Matjulu stream...strange, as the stream originates in the Park? @#$

A very nice shady spot...clever rest for the blind, out of the heat? \O

Some innovative anti-graffiti! lol

And the dam at the main complex. Difficult to show how cool, shady and quiet it was! \O \O \O

(Dam is not as full as it should be..understandably? O-/ )

Restaurant also looks good there.

We went to reception to adjust our booking to compensate for the absence of the swine Stark, and Asa somehow organised that we could move into the accommodation ASAP and not wait for the 14h00 deadline...he is very congenial and a good negotiator! (Or comes across as slightly retarded...?) Either way we were sorted! O/\ Only thing left was to find the guesthouse, and hopefully not have to trek right across camp.. :-(

Asa: "Siyabonga, Mma...Robala gabotse lo guesthouse?"

Reception lady: "Pleasure, Sir! Are you a Siswati or a Sepedi fellow? And why are you wishing me good night? Anyway, this is your current unit on the map here, right?"

Asa: "Da!"

Reception lady: "Well, the guesthouse is this unit next to it..."

Asa: "Aha! Spassibo!"

Well that was a bit of good luck? Or maybe they organised it like that in the first place for us! \O 0/0

Back to the unit to give the good news, but the rest of the squad were still farting around in their pyjamas. We scarcely got out of there before OUR deadline, carrying stuff the 40 metres or so to our new abode! ^Q^

(Actually we loaded the vehicles and drove 40m...but don't tell anyone... O** )
