Does anyone know the details about the new road off the H1-4 in the Ngotso area which joins the S89 :-? It's supposedly around 10km long :-?

We saw it but were unsure where it came out so decided not to take it.

Rob, maybe you can take some pics. ;-)

I can, also on my last trip, someone showed me a map they keep updated with interesting sightings etc on, if I perhaps had a copy of that map I could mark it on the map and return the map to owner. ;-) ;-) O** O** Do you think BC is going to read this before I leave? ;-) ;-) =O: =O:

=O: =O: I do that map before each trip, so that one is in the bin as patterns change. I'm starting a new map in September for October, but you are up north, so that map won't help :-?

BTW, a female leopard and cub have been seen fairly often on this new road since it was opened which is why I'm asking about it =O:

Take pics O\/

The road is open; we saw the turnoff (no route number, no signpost) en route to Balule from Satara. Turned off and followed the (great) little road to where it joins the S89. I'd guess about 10km in length? Joins the S89 on the Balule side of the now defunct Ngotso Weir. It is supposed to be a one-way (30 km/h speed limit and quite narrow). A definite must-do!

How does a one-way work?
