Not a very common sighting...I'm very jealous!

Lovely father/son moments (if it is not a girl
). The males never teach the cubs anything while playing, like the mothers do. Female stuff

I am so glad everyone is enjoying the Lion pictures. We certainly were not oblivious to how special this sighting was at the time. The two Lionesses had been hanging out in that area with their cubs for weeks prior, but never with the males present as far as I was aware. I guess we just hit the jackpot this day!
One of the 'aunties' was being a bit of a floosie and tried to get some interest from a male. She didn't seem to care that the kids were watching...
"Just need to check if it's worth my while getting up!"
The second male thought he was going to miss out so quickly cut in.
We thought it was on for young and old!
But he just stood there for a minute, then turned and went back to bed.

One of the 'aunties' was being a bit of a floosie and tried to get some interest from a male. She didn't seem to care that the kids were watching...
