Last part for this day
Some Buffaloes
Then about 3 kms past the first Lions....some flat Lions there where 6, in the late sun
Last for the day.....some Bee eaters
We had a lovely braai and just enjoyed the early evening

3 August -3 August - Road to Redrocks and back:
This was a very quiet day with only the usual suspects
Some Buffaloes with 1 that looks like she had a very close encounter with Lions and she was not in a good mood

Ja, bad lion battle for that buff...the oxpeckers keep pecking at the wound forever, as they basically live on blood anyway, sort of. Not the end of the world, normally, but the spine sticking out there? If so, it may not end well at all.
