It was very green ,lots of water , and even the buffaloes preferred to use the road ..

Difficult even to see them in the tall lush grass
Even water lilies thrived
And oxpeckers had parties on lookout points

Incredible how tall the grass was in March! The vegetation was still quite high and tick in April,
but I don't remember it being as green as it is in your photos.
