Systemic Maintenance Problems: Berg en Dal

I have stayed in three different units in the camp this year, and cannot but help notice that they are all slowly decaying, with little inspection being done, nor elementary maintenance! I don't think it will help to put up every little thing, rather a call for intervention there? It is a bigger problem of managemant priority, methinks.
