Amazing wild dog sighting. If we see one we get very excited.

Love reading your narration.

The dogs were bonding , licking each other , as if they had seen each other for some time , when suddenly they just started running off into the bush again

Until only two were left , patrolling up and down .

One of which was the old guy with collar

Hey , look , a couple of Hyenas coming down the road

Ja, they are hyperactive sometimes! :-0

Hyena often follow them around to try and steal... @#$

Behind us , the pack also saw the Hyenas and came running
IMG_5562.JPG
But the hyenas were not willing to take on a large pack of dogs , and seeked refuge in the bush .

Whoops ! where have they disappeared to @#$
IMG_5568.JPG
Hmmmm... they must be around here somewhere :-?
IMG_5578.JPG

Aaah .. well ... lets wait a while and see

IMG_5580.JPG

This hanging around is boring
IMG_5583.JPG
Hey ... I think there's something in the bush
IMG_5590.JPG
Yeaaah ... this is such fun , lets all chase them \O
IMG_5593.JPG
At this time , we heard a lot of dog as well as hyenas yipping in the bush , plus a loud moo-like sound as if an animal was being brought down -O- we could see some dogs in the bush
IMG_5597.JPG
Then they came running out of the bush , as if they were running away from something --- lots of confusion amongst them
IMG_5602.JPG

Some other vehicles arrived , and the dogs started trotting up the road behind , an since it was getting quite close to gate=closing time , we left them .

IMG_5605.JPG
Maybe tomorrow , we may see them again if we are lucky lol
