Ag shame, only three lion sightings for the morning, and everything else. Pity the python wasn't mating, but what can one do?

The baboon is drunk, Rog...

Why not eat leftovers for breakfast, or microwave some bacon and eggs...take microwave along!

Ja, there were plenty lion around We do the leftover thing but 5 people means a supper cooked for 10 if leftovers make up breakfast

Ja, I can see that 72 hours without a leopard must be really difficult to cope with
(Note to Bushcraft: Don't make plans for the KTP then. A leopard a day is fairy tale stuff there )

Love the mischievous baboons, the wonderful capture of the heron - and of course some lions in the mix too

72 hours of stress Mel KTP is on the cards in a few years time

Not bad sightings at all, Bushcraft,

greatl Lion sightings then love the buffaloes on their Island and the baboon clan

Totally right the S21 can be a bit boring but we do prefer to drive via that on instead of via the tar roads

We are about to enter into a leopard drought of around 72 hours, so it's going to move fast

Poor thing. I feel your pain We were there an entire MONTH, and saw ONE leopard. Now that's a drought. Of course I don't have your instincts and extreme knowledge of Kruger , so always enjoy your sightings

The grey heron is splendid, the python very special, and the baby boons absolutely delightful.

All in all, enough to thaw the chill in the atmosphere that the trip had begun on Here's to you Mrs. Cow for just being you, and keeping it all together.

A terrible 72 hours ExFmem We have been lucky with leopard over numerous years and 1 tends to take that for granted, so this trip was a wake up call The Cow needs a medal for patience
