Alert:
Roads closed due to protests en route to Numbi gate, near the small shopping mall between Jerusalem and Masoyi/Mahushu. Apparently, nobody can get through to Numbi Gate, avoid the area.

03 May 2018

Guests of Kruger National Park (KNP) are informed that Numbi Gate is inaccessible due to protests taking place in the surrounding areas such as Mahushu on the R538 today, 3 May 2018 and is blocked at the moment. Guests are advised to use alternative routes e.g. R40/Kiepersol and KNP gates such as Phabeni and Paul Kruger to access or exit the Park until further notice.

Visitors to the Kruger National Park should take note that protests are taking place on the road leading to Numbi Gate.

It is currently (Wednesday August 23) inaccessible due to protests, although the latest reports indicate that the road has been partly cleared at the time of going public.

Guests are advised to use alternative gates such as Phabeni and Paul Kruger to enter or exit the Park until further notice.

The situation is being monitored and this story will be updated as news become available.
